BiP Select
Public sector organisations need assurance that suppliers are suitable to tender for public sector contract opportunities in terms of their legal, financial and technical capacity.
The BiP Select national pre-qualification service offers a simple and structured approach to pre-qualification via supplier assessment across common criteria, delivering better value for money to both buyers and suppliers, and is open to all.
Suppliers can choose to apply for either Select Certify or Select Accredit status.
To achieve Select Certify status, suppliers complete an online self-certification questionnaire.
To acheive Select Accredit status, suppliers are fully assessed by a third party to achieve full accreditation.
Important Information
BiP Select is a service hosted within the Delta e-tendering suite (Delta-ets). To access BiP Select you will be asked to register with Delta-ets. Once registered, you can access BiP Select.
Delta-ets offers you a variety of services for handling the full life-cycle of the tendering process, including managing and submitting electronic expressions of interest, responding to Invitations to Tender (ITT) and access to various public sector buyer profiles sites containing contract information. Once registered with Delta-ets you will be able to benefit from a wide variety of resources which compliment the tendering process.

Accredit and Constructionline mutually recognise each others standard.
Constructionline registered companies may still wish to consider applying for Accredit status as Authorities may have only adopted the Select Accredit standard. Successful Select Accredit applicants may utilise the Select Accredit logo on all their marketing literature.
Constructionline registered companies seeking accreditation for work categories beyond those registered with Constructionline must apply for Select Accredit status for all work categories chosen, including those already registered with Constructionline.
Constructionline registered companies continuing the Select Accredit registration process will be subject to the same terms and conditions as other suppliers and no refund can be made after registration.
